The Tribe Gym has been providing high intensity interval training (HIIT) to its members since 2017. The Tribe Gym is located at 1855 Manning Road, Unit 1, in Tecumseh, Ontario. Workouts are done with personal care in small group-based classes and circuits. Classes are for members of all fitness levels. Our members join us from all locations across Windsor-Essex County.
We offer a friendly and judgment free atmosphere, and after a great workout, members love to satisfy their cravings with excellent company, lots of laughs, and a delicious brew at Zoe’s Café Corner.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, our team will ensure proper form during training to avoid any injury and to make sure you are benefiting from your workout. Our team will watch and continually adjust you if necessary. Elite/Pro Athletes that are members will be using different sized weights and will be challenged frequently.
